We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler II to join our medical device manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on assembly experience who is comfortable working with small components, following regulated procedures, and contributing to a clean room production environment.

Key Responsibilities
Perform medical device assembly across multiple product lines while meeting or exceeding established production rates.
Follow documented procedures, quality guidelines, and safety standards to ensure consistent, compliant work.
Maintain accurate records in manufacturing documentation, including device history records, batch paperwork, and related logs.
Understand daily priorities, schedules, and assignments as provided by the supervisor or lead.
Adapt to updates in procedures, product line changes, and new technologies.
Cross-train and support additional assembly operations as needed.
May assist with training newer team members under the direction of a lead or senior assembler.
Support lean manufacturing initiatives and help identify opportunities for workflow improvements.
Communicate material shortages or production issues to the lead or supervisor promptly.
Keep the work area safe, clean, and aligned with housekeeping and safety requirements.
Maintain consistent attendance and be willing to work overtime or alternative schedules when required.
Remain focused during work hours, minimize disruptions, and use time effectively.
Participate in shared team responsibilities such as Kanban processes, calibration checks, or metrics tracking.
Perform other duties assigned to support overall production needs.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
If no diploma: 2–3 years of medical device or ISO-regulated assembly experience required.
1–2 years of previous medical device assembly or ISO-certified assembly experience.
Ability to understand written and verbal work instructions.
Strong communication skills for interacting with supervisors and team members in person, by phone, and via email.
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistent quality, following established pacing and sequencing.
Ability to work in a clean room environment and follow all clean room protocols.
Fine motor skills and excellent hand-eye coordination for handling and assembling small parts.
Ability to operate manufacturing and inspection tools (after training), which may include microscopes, test equipment, ultrasonic welders, soldering tools, calipers, gauges, and measuring devices.
Basic computer literacy, including MS Windows and site-specific software (training provided).
