Medical Device Assembler I | Woodinville, WA (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble medical devices on two or more product lines according to established procedures
• Complete and maintain accurate production documentation, including Device History Records, Data Sheets, and Lot Control
• Follow verbal and written work instructions from supervisors or leads
• Adapt to changes in procedures and learn new product line processes as needed
• Assist in training procedures for other team members when applicable
• Identify and report material shortages to leads or supervisors
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment following all guidelines and protocols
• Participate in Shared Leadership activities such as Kanban Management, Calibration, and Metrics Board Maintenance
• Perform other essential duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; 1–2 years of medical device or ISO-certified assembly experience required
• In lieu of a diploma, 2–3 years of medical device or ISO-certified assembly experience required
• Ability to communicate effectively via telephone, email, and in person
• Ability to understand verbal and written work instructions
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
• Experience working in a clean room environment and following clean room procedures
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision, maintain high dexterity, and assemble small parts using both hands
• Knowledge of Good Documentation Practice, Good Manufacturing Practices, and Lean Manufacturing principles preferred
• Proficiency in operating manufacturing and measurement equipment (e.g., microscopes, test equipment, ultrasonic welders, soldering irons, calipers, pressure gauges) following training
• Basic MS Windows skills and ability to use site-specific PC programs as required
• Professional, proactive, and highly detail-oriented
