We’re seeking an experienced Medical Device Assembler to join a fast-paced, quality-driven production environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent documentation habits, and the ability to work with small components in a clean-room setting.

Morning Shift 5am- 3:30pm
Mon-Thur, plus Friday overtime as-needed

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
1–2 years of medical device assembly or ISO-certified assembly experience
OR 2–3 years of experience in these areas in lieu of a diploma
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
Comfortable working in a clean-room environment and following strict procedures
Fine motor skills and strong hand-eye coordination for small-part assembly
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy
Familiarity with GMP, GDP, and Lean Manufacturing is a plus
Ability to use manufacturing tools after training, including microscopes, measurement tools, ultrasonic welders, soldering irons, and test equipment
Basic computer skills (Windows and site-specific programs)

Responsibilities:
Perform assembly tasks across multiple product lines at or above standard production rates
Follow documented procedures and quality system requirements
Complete accurate production records, including Device History Records and data sheets
Communicate effectively with leads and supervisors regarding priorities, schedules, and material needs
Adapt to new procedures and product line changes
Cross-train on additional assembly operations as needed
Support training of new team members when requested
Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to help improve workflow and metrics
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Follow safety guidelines, ergonomic practices, and housekeeping standards
Maintain reliable attendance and flexibility for overtime or shift adjustments
Participate in shared team responsibilities such as Kanban, calibration, or metrics tracking
Perform other essential duties as assigned
