We are seeking detail-oriented, skilled Medical Device Assemblers to join a growing team in Woodinville, WA. This is a hands-on, production-focused role for individuals who enjoy assembling precise components, working in a cleanroom environment, and contributing to high-quality medical products that make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:
Assemble medical devices on two or more product lines according to quality and quantity standards
Follow written and verbal work instructions precisely, including Device History Records and lot documentation
Operate and learn to use specialized assembly and measurement equipment (microscopes, EFDs, ultrasonic welders, soldering irons, dial calipers, pressure gauges, rulers, etc.)
Maintain compliance with cleanroom protocols and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
Assist with training and mentoring less experienced team members
Participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency and product quality
Proactively communicate material shortages or issues to supervisors or leads
Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to ergonomics and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
1–3 years of experience in medical device assembly or ISO-certified assembly, depending on education
Ability to read, understand, and follow verbal and written instructions
Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
Fine motor skills, dexterity, and excellent eye-hand coordination for small part assembly
Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and following strict procedures
Familiarity with GMP, GDP, and Lean Manufacturing preferred
Basic PC and Microsoft Windows skills
