Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify healthcare and insurance-related data with a high level of accuracy.
- Review records and documentation for completeness, consistency, and proper formatting.
- Use Microsoft Excel to maintain spreadsheets, track information, and support administrative reporting.
- Apply basic medical terminology when reviewing and processing healthcare documentation.
- Communicate professionally with internal team members to resolve missing or unclear information.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow proper procedures for handling sensitive medical and insurance information.
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation: $27,040 per year.
- Job Type: Direct hire.
- Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Accurately enter and maintain healthcare and insurance-related data.

- 1 to 2 years of data entry, administrative support, or related office experience preferred.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer systems.
- Familiarity with medical terminology.
- Ability to organize information, manage repetitive tasks, and meet daily deadlines.
- Professional communication skills and the ability to work well with internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications
