Customer Service Rep

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the first point of contact for patients, medical professionals, and family members, assessing their needs and directing them to the appropriate resources. The CSR works within a multidisciplinary team to provide information about Patient Services.

Locations: On site –
• Orlando, FL 32819
• Hybrid option after you go permanent
Start Date: Start Date: 9/29
Length: Temp-to-Perm (T2P)

Schedule Options:
• M-F 10am-7pm (1 hour lunch)
• M-F 11am-8pm (1 hour lunch)

**Must have healthcare/pharmaceutical or Specialty Pharmacy industry experience**

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle and prioritize incoming calls, assessing caller needs and triaging as necessary.
• Enroll new patients in Patient Services.
• Maintain records and follow up to ensure patients receive needed services by coordinating with physicians, pharmacies, and other contacts.
• Support special projects as required.

Requirements:
• Experience in Specialty Pharmacy or Customer Service.
• Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, email, and web applications.
• Skilled in handling high-pressure, time-sensitive situations with strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and openness to feedback.

Preferred Experience:
• Working with CRM or tracking systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Background in healthcare or pharmaceutical industries.
• Understanding patient challenges related to medical conditions.
