We're Hiring! Join our healthcare billing team and help patients navigate payment options while supporting the revenue cycle process.

Qualifications:
MUST HAVE MINIMUM 1 year of recent medical billing and accounts receivable experience in a physician office or healthcare setting- no exceptions!!

High School Diploma or GED required
Experience with insurance verification, collections, and patient account research
Knowledge of payer agreements is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Research and collect payments for self-pay, uninsured, underinsured, and sliding fee scale patient accounts.
Verify insurance benefits and update patient demographics.
Assist patients with payment options and explain financial policies.
Document payment arrangements and maintain accurate account records.
Follow up on outstanding balances and participate in collection campaigns.

Handle patient phone calls and provide excellent customer service.

Perform account audits and assist with denial management.
