Key Responsibilities

- Review and process medical claims for accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation.

- Maintain and update electronic records, databases, and supporting claim documentation.
- Use Microsoft Excel to track, organize, analyze, and manage claims-related information.
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support daily office operations.
