What You’ll Do
Review, audit, and process medical and facility claims for a Knox-Keene licensed HMO
Resolve suspended claims for PCPs, labs, radiology, physical therapy, and select specialists
Apply contract benefits, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate payment
Identify billing errors, eligibility issues, and potential fraud
Perform manual benefit calculations and route complex claims as needed
What We’re Looking For
MUST HAVE High School Diploma or equivalent
MUST HAVE at least 1 year of recent medical claims processing experience
Type at least 30 WPM
Pay: $22/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Contract: Long-term temporary contract
