What You’ll Do
* Lead and manage daily billing operations (claims, denials, collections, A/R)
* Ensure accurate and timely claim submission across multiple payers
* Oversee denial management and reimbursement optimization
* Monitor payer requirements and ensure full compliance
* Train, mentor, and support billing staff
* Analyze reports (A/R aging, denial trends, clean claim rates) and improve performance
* Act as a key liaison with payers, clearinghouses, and internal teams
* Support EHR systems and revenue cycle process improvements
What You Bring
* Bachelor’s degree (Healthcare Admin, Accounting, or related)
* 5+ years of medical/healthcare billing experience
* 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience
* Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and payer guidelines
* Experience with EHR systems and clearinghouses
* Solid Excel and reporting skills
* Strong understanding of HIPAA and compliance
