Key Responsibilities

- Pull balance-due information for prescriptions related to Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury claims using Salesforce-generated data.
- Save and organize claim balance information in Excel format for attorney communication.
- Send Excel spreadsheets and auto-generated cover sheets to patients’ attorneys by fax.
- Update Salesforce records to document that balance information was sent to the appropriate attorney.
- Maintain accurate records while following HIPAA compliance requirements.
- Support the Collections department with high-volume data entry, reporting, and documentation tasks.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $25.00 per hour.
- A small pay increase may be available after 90 days if converted to permanent employment.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Pull and export prescription balance data from Salesforce.
- Prepare and save Excel spreadsheets for attorney review.
- Send documentation by fax with proper cover sheets.
- Update account notes and maintain accurate collection records.

- 1 to 2 years of professional experience preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills required.
- Accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work with confidential healthcare and claims information while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
- Comfortable working in Salesforce or similar database systems.
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage repetitive administrative tasks with accuracy.
- Candidates selected to move forward must complete Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and typing speed assessments prior to starting.

Preferred Qualifications

- Medical billing, pharmacy, healthcare collections, workers’ compensation, or personal injury claims experience.
- Prior experience using Salesforce or another CRM/database system.
- Familiarity with attorney communication, faxing documentation, or healthcare claim support processes.
