Medical Biller – Shreveport, LA 71104
$15–$17/Hour
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Biller to join a busy healthcare office in the 71104 area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Responsibilities:
Process and submit medical claims accurately and timely
Verify insurance information and follow up on outstanding claims
Handle billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies
Post payments and maintain accurate patient account records
Ensure compliance with billing regulations and procedures
Qualifications:
Minimum 1+ year of medical billing experience
Medical billing certification required
Knowledge of insurance guidelines and billing practices
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
