We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Medical Biller to support our fast-paced healthcare team. If you have hands-on billing experience and thrive in an independent, accuracy-driven role, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
Review and correct rejected claims before resubmission
Analyze EOBs and resolve claim denials
Post payments and process remittances (electronic & manual)
Follow up with insurance companies on unpaid or delayed claims
Assist with billing reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
Stay current on Medicaid and Medicare, payer updates, and billing regulations
Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
Maximize reimbursement and support overall revenue cycle
What We’re Looking For
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
eClinicalWorks, Veradigm, and Electronic Health Records
High school diploma required; additional education a plus
Must have medical billing experience (2+ years required)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn
