About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Medical Biller to join our team in Cayce, SC. This role focuses heavily on pharmacy billing, so prior experience in that area is a huge plus. As a Medical Biller, you’ll work closely with pharmacies to ensure accurate billing, maximize payments, and support families with billing-related questions.

What You’ll Do
-Post Medicare Part D payments and Medicaid remits
-Run reconciliation reports and post insurance deposits
-Print and prepare medical expense reports
-Update patient accounts with correct pharmacy insurance information
-Credential and recredential pharmacies for health plan participation
-Compile and post HL7 charge batch files for roll-up processing
-Create interim billing batches for inpatient pharmacies
-Submit and track electronic claims
-Provide NCPDP Claim Submission Response Reports to pharmacies for corrections
-Process patient refund vouchers
-Support provider enrollment and certification renewals
-Assist patient families with billing questions and concerns
-Handle additional duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For
-Medical billing experience required (pharmacy billing strongly preferred!)
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling billing records
-Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment
-Comfortable learning and using internal billing systems (training provided)
-Excellent communication skills when working with pharmacies and patient families
