We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Assembler/Testing Technician candidates for a temp-to-hire opportunity supporting medical equipment production and testing in an onsite manufacturing environment in the Plano/Irving, TX area. This role is a strong fit for candidates with assembly, manufacturing, testing, or inspection experience who enjoy precise, hands-on work and take pride in producing high-quality medical products. Required Qualifications and Skills:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble medical devices, parts, and related components according to work instructions.
- Perform testing, inspection, and quality checks on completed products and components.
- Use basic computer systems to enter production data and maintain accurate documentation.
- Follow safety, quality, and production procedures in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Support daily production goals while maintaining strong attention to detail and product quality.
- Use microscope-based inspection or detailed visual inspection methods as needed.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay: $18.25 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
- Shift: 1st shift.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous medical device, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing experience.
- Experience with microscope inspection, small-part assembly, or precision assembly.
- Familiarity with quality documentation, production records, or basic testing procedures.
- Experience following GMP, cleanroom, or controlled manufacturing procedures.
