This non-exempt position is responsible for the precise assembly, testing, and repair of high-quality medical devices such as pacemakers and defibrillators within a controlled manufacturing environment. Under close supervision, the role follows standardized procedures to ensure product quality, accurate documentation, and adherence to safety and cleanliness protocols. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, understanding of Lean Manufacturing, and the ability to effectively communicate within a team environment. Compliance with strict dress code and hygiene standards is mandatory to maintain product integrity. Participation in continuous improvement initiatives and support of quality and environmental systems is expected.

Must be comfortable working in a clean room, lab, light industrial capacity

2nd shift Monday - Friday, 3pm to 11:30pm, Monday - Friday onsite

If hired, a drug screen and background check will be conducted

Pay: $19.75/hr
