Immediate need for an experienced Medical Administrative Assistant at this prestigious medical organization. This role directly supports department administration and providers with the following:
-Coordinating staff and department meetings (virtual and onsite)
-Coordinate travel arrangements
-Prepare expense reports
-Prepare memos, documents and other materials for department staff
-Track and order office supplies
-Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
-Prior experience in a a medical settings as a Patient Services Rep or Surgery Scheduler
-Comprehensive administrative experience scheduling meetings, preparing reports, etc
-Proficiency with Microsoft products including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
