MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Leverage a deep understanding of business strategy and the role of media to oversee the execution and performance of paid social campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Supports managers in the execution of media campaigns within assigned channel. Media campaign execution includes: vendor selection, budget management, within media platforms and partners.
• Coordinate the collection and delivery of creative assets for paid social campaigns, manage all campaign trafficking through external agency and conduct thorough QA reviews to ensure accurate setup, creative implementation, tracking, and campaign execution.
• Attend and actively participate in meetings, including vendor meetings and cross-functional team discussions to align on campaign strategy, share performance insights, troubleshoot challenges, and coordinate upcoming initiatives.
• Collaborate with agency partners to develop quarterly and annual paid media plans, including budget allocation, media partner recommendations, channel strategies, and campaign tactics for internal stakeholder review and approval.
• Perform other duties as assigned

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing or related field
EXPERIENCE:1+ years of paid media experience within Paid Social Media. Similar experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of general computer programs and vendor platforms is required.
