Key Responsibilities

- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently while following SOPs, GMP standards, and safety procedures.
- Monitor machines and production processes to meet quality, safety, and output goals.
- Perform basic troubleshooting, report equipment issues, and support maintenance staff as needed.
- Assist with machine setup, changeovers, cleaning, inspection, and lubrication tasks.
- Record production data accurately and maintain required documentation.
- Support 5S practices, continuous improvement activities, and a clean, organized production area.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Operate and monitor manufacturing production equipment.
- Support machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain production records and follow safety, GMP, and SOP requirements.
- Participate in cleaning, inspection, lubrication, 5S, and continuous improvement activities.

- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience preferred for this Mechanical Operator role.
- Technical diploma, vocational training, associate degree, or equivalent experience.
- Full bilingual English and Spanish communication skills required.
- Availability to complete a 3-month training program in Europe.
- Basic mechanical understanding preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions, safety procedures, SOPs, and production standards.
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift, push, or pull materials within established guidelines.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing or production environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic knowledge of GMP standards.
- Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing practices.
- Interest in developing mechanical, technical, and production operations skills.
