Position: Technical Field Lead
Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Location: Greater Seattle Area – Hybrid (2 days onsite/week)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation: $120,000–$150,000/year DOE

Overview:
A well-established firm is seeking a versatile and experienced professional to oversee a blend of field operations, client management, and technical leadership. This is a hybrid role involving onsite visits across multiple counties, relationship-building with both internal teams and external clients, and hands-on oversight of active service contracts and deliverables. The ideal candidate is independent, communicative, and comfortable balancing technical work with high-level client interaction.
Only Washington State residents who hold an active WA State professional engineering license will be considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for a set portfolio of client accounts
Oversee field operations, scheduling, and service quality
Conduct site visits and inspections as needed
Maintain and grow long-term service agreements
Ensure timely billing and client follow-up
Support design, coordination, and contract preparation
Attend occasional professional events and represent the team externally
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed professional with technical credentials (WA state license preferred)
7+ years of relevant experience in design, service, or technical fieldwork
Strong communicator with proven project and client management experience
Familiarity with CAD-based software and digital design tools
Ability to manage competing priorities independently
Comfortable with light physical site work (ladders, inspections, etc.)
