Mechanical Assembler
-Location: Camarillo, CA
-Pay: $20-24/hour DOE
-Schedule: 1st shift Monday - Friday
-Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience assembling mechanical components using hand and power tools while following blueprints, work instructions, and quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
-Qualifications
• 3+ years of mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, medical device, or industrial manufacturing.
• Familiarity with torque specifications, quality inspections, and lean manufacturing practices.

Responsibilities
• Assemble mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products according to engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and bills of materials.
• Use hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, and precision measuring instruments.
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and make adjustments as needed during assembly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to meet production goals.
• Accurately complete production documentation and work orders.
