We are seeking an experienced Materials Planner responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating the procurement and movement of raw materials, purchased components, and production supplies to support manufacturing operations in a highly regulated Aerospace and Defense environment. This position ensures material availability while maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production schedules, meeting customer delivery requirements, and complying with AS9100, ITAR, DFARS, and applicable military contract requirements.

achelor's degree and/or combination of work experience in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of materials planning in the aerospace, defense or military manufacturing.
Experience using ERP/MRP systems (Epicor or similar).
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and inventory management.
Strong understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
Inventory control and cycle count experience.
Capacity planning and demand forecasting.
Supplier management and expediting.
Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; familiarity with VLOOKUP formulas and similar
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) contracts, FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and EAR regulations is highly desirable.
