We are immediately hiring Material Handlers for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Ontario, CA. This hands-on production and warehouse role supports assembly packing, kit assembly, order preparation, and day-to-day fulfillment work in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform assembly packing and kit assembly by combining products, components, and packaging materials according to work orders.
- Pack finished goods into cartons, apply labels, and prepare shipments for accurate fulfillment.
- Move materials, cartons, and pallets throughout the warehouse by hand or with basic equipment as assigned.
- Receive, stage, and replenish packaging supplies and products to support production flow.
- Follow quality checks, count requirements, packing instructions, and SQF food-safety procedures.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe while supporting other warehouse and fulfillment tasks as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $17 to $18 per hour.
- Job Type: Temp-to-hire.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Overtime: Saturdays as needed.
- Location: Ontario, CA.
- Immediate openings available.
- Perform assembly packing, kit assembly, labeling, and carton preparation.
- Move, stage, receive, and replenish materials throughout the warehouse.
- Follow quality control, count accuracy, packing instructions, and SQF food-safety procedures.
- Support production, warehouse, and fulfillment tasks during peak volume.
- Less than 1 year of experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform packing duties for a full shift.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced packaging, production, or warehouse environment.
- Willingness to follow food-safety, PPE, sanitation, and product handling requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and consistent attendance.
- Ability to work well with a team and follow direction from leads and supervisors.
- Availability to work occasional Saturdays as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior warehouse, packing, assembly, fulfillment, or production experience.
- Experience working in a food-safety, SQF, GMP, or quality-controlled environment.
- Familiarity with packing work orders, labeling, carton preparation, and basic material handling tasks.
