Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, shipments, and supplies for accuracy, quantity, and condition.
- Load and unload materials safely using proper handling methods and equipment as required.
- Move, stage, organize, and deliver materials to production, storage, warehouse, or shipping areas.
- Maintain accurate material counts, inventory records, and documentation as needed.
- Keep warehouse and production support areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety and operational standards.
- Communicate with production, warehouse, receiving, shipping, and operations teams to support efficient workflow.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $48,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Location: Portland, OR.



Required Qualifications and Skills

- Receive and inspect incoming materials and shipments.
- Load, unload, move, and stage materials to support production operations.
- Maintain organized inventory areas and assist with accurate material tracking.
- Support safe, efficient workflow across warehouse and manufacturing areas.

- 2 or more years of consistent material handling experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, production, or operations environment.
- Ability to safely lift, move, load, and unload materials throughout the workday.
- Strong attention to detail when inspecting shipments, verifying counts, and identifying discrepancies.
- Ability to follow safety procedures, work instructions, and operational processes.
- Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and ability to work effectively as part of a busy team.
- Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate with production, shipping, receiving, warehouse, and operations personnel.

Preferred Qualifications

- 3 to 5 years of material handling experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience with receiving, inventory control, shipping support, or warehouse operations.
- Forklift or material handling equipment experience is helpful if applicable to the work environment.
