Role: Material Handler I Pay: $20.50/hr Assignment: Material handling, inventory management, shipping/receiving, and warehouse support Location: 1175 Martin Street, Greenville, OH 45331 Schedule: 2nd Shift | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM What you'll do: • Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and stocking materials and supplies. • Record inventory locations and maintain accurate inventory records. • Pull and verify materials and supplies listed on production orders. • Deliver and open materials and supplies at work centers to maintain in-process inventory. • Document material and supply movements by recording delivered units and locations. • Receive returned materials from production by verifying codes, lot numbers, and quantities before restocking. • Prepare finished products for shipment through identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing materials. • Document product shipments by recording units shipped. • Perform pre-use inspections on material-handling equipment and complete basic operator repairs as needed. • Support team objectives and assist with related warehouse duties as required. • Operate yard tractors and forklifts on-site (no commercial driver's license required).

Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED required. • 0–3 years of related experience. • Strong organizational and scheduling skills. • Ability to analyze information and work effectively in complex environments. • Deadline-oriented with strong time management skills. • Experience or knowledge of process improvement practices. • Commitment to safety management and inventory control procedures. • Ability to perform lifting and material handling tasks. • Basic data entry skills. • Must successfully complete an online assessment before being shortlisted. Candidates are expected to complete the assessment within 24 hours of receiving it. • Must pass required drug screening. • Must complete additional medical clearances, including a fit test and physical.
