Job Title: Material Handler / Warehouse Associate
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour (through end of year)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Employment Type: Non-Exempt (Overtime paid at Time and a Half for hours over 40)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable Material Handler / Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse and plant operations. This role involves loading, unloading, moving, and tracking materials while following work orders and safety procedures. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with physical work, and has basic computer and data entry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Load, unload, and move materials such as crates, boxes, and raw materials within the plant, yard, or worksite
Read and follow work orders and oral instructions accurately
Use hand tools to open containers and prepare materials
Transport materials using hand trucks, electric dollies, wheelbarrows, or similar equipment
Perform data entry using ORACLE (ADMS)
Measure and weigh materials using scales, rulers, or similar tools
Process shipping and receiving tasks (UPS/FedEx experience preferred)
Operate electric or battery-powered forklifts and other material-handling equipment
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
0–2 years of warehouse, material handling, or related experience
Computer skills with data entry experience (ORACLE/ADMS required)
Experience with shipping and receiving processes preferred
Ability to operate or learn to operate forklifts and material-handling equipment
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials safely
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
