About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler I to join our warehouse team in Camarillo. The ideal candidate will have prior inventory experience and be comfortable operating a forklift in a busy production and warehouse environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with growth potential for candidates who demonstrate strong work ethic and commitment to safety.

Job Functions
Maintain cleanliness of warehouse and production areas (trash removal, pallet management, cardboard disposal, bailer machine operation).

Transport finished goods from production areas to warehouse for shipping.

Rotate and stage storage components in warehouse.

Complete inventory cycle counts as requested.

Ensure proper storage conditions for all materials daily.

Operate warehouse equipment and tools safely and in compliance with regulations.

Participate in daily stand-up production meetings.

Support and actively participate in company safety programs (IIPP compliance).

Carry out responsibilities in an honest, ethical, and professional manner.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.

Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience with shipping/inventory responsibilities.

Forklift experience required.

Ability to use basic software and computing tools.

Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work in a consistent state of alertness and safety.
