Job Description – Material Handler / Inventory Control Specialist
We are looking for a detail-driven and energetic Material Handler / Inventory Control Specialist to join our fast-paced electronics manufacturing team! In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operation—ensuring materials flow smoothly from receiving to production while maintaining the highest level of accuracy and organization.
You will take ownership of material receiving, IQC verification, inventory control, and kitting, supporting our PCB and box-build assembly processes. Your ability to read BOMs, follow work instructions, and identify electronic components will help keep production running efficiently and error-free.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with production, engineering, and warehouse teams, operate automated counting equipment, maintain documentation, and help drive continuous improvement across material operations. Key Responsibilities:
-Receive, verify, and inspect incoming materials for accuracy and quality.
-Perform precise counting and inventory control to maintain real-time stock accuracy.
-Prepare and kit components for PCB and box-build assemblies, ensuring on-time readiness for production.
-Maintain detailed documentation, logs, and records to support audits and traceability.
-Identify and handle electronic components using part markings and color-coding systems.
-Read and interpret BOMs, Work Instructions, and part specifications.
-Operate an automatic counting machine and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
-Use Excel, Word, MES, and ERP systems for inventory tracking and reporting.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams through clear and professional communication.
-Uphold strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization in all tasks.
