Job Title: Material Handler
Contract: Temporary
Location: Fayetteville, NC
Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Material Handler. The Material Handler/Production Assistant supports production operations and ensures a safe, efficient, and organized work environment. This role involves packaging, recycling, material handling, warehouse support, equipment preparation, and basic maintenance.

Schedule & Pay:
• Shift: Dupont Rotating Shift (4 days 8AM–8PM, 3 days off, 4 nights 8PM–8AM, 3 days off)
• Pay rate: $19/hr

Responsibilities:
• Safely package, handle, and label products, including interleaving and offline table operations.
• Recycle or scrap non-standard products and troubleshoot packaging/warehouse equipment.
• Maintain accurate production records, shift logs, and turnover documentation.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks, managing supplies, cycle counting, and inventory.
• Operate forklifts, yard tractors, and other mobile equipment.
• Perform minor preventive maintenance, equipment lockout/tagout, and safety checks.
• Support shipping, receiving, and supply coordination (film supplies, pallets, crates, trailers).
• Maintain housekeeping, safety, and environmental standards.
• Participate in audits and serve on the Emergency Response Team if needed.

Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work rotating day and night shifts.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely.
• Experience with forklifts or other warehouse equipment preferred.
