Join our team as a Material Handler in Erlanger, KY. and be a key part of the production and distribution process. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring that materials are accurately received, weighed, moved, and recorded to meet safety, quality, and customer standards.
Location: Erlanger, KY
Pay Rate: $20/hr
Shifts available:
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Monday – Friday)
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Monday – Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
• Read and follow detailed pick sheets and reports.
• Accurately weigh and stage materials for production and stock.
• Perform all necessary system transactions using terminal software and handheld scanners.
• Report any quality control deviations and follow QC sampling procedures.
• Pull and return materials to/from warehouse locations as required.
• Maintain inventory accuracy of 95% or higher.
• Follow ISO9001, GMP, and HACCP procedures consistently.
• Support warehouse operations with other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent (degree in related field preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics.
• Forklift (stand-up) experience required.
• Barcoding experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel).
• Strong math skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to stand, walk, reach, bend, and lift throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
