Job Summary

A leading capital program management and infrastructure consulting organization is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to support large-scale capital construction and infrastructure programs. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a senior scheduling professional with deep Primavera P6 expertise and a strong background in complex construction sequencing, critical path analysis, and schedule risk management.

The Master Scheduler will work closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules that support successful delivery of major capital projects. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain detailed, logic-driven project schedules for complex capital construction and infrastructure programs.
- Create cost-loaded and resource-loaded schedules, including labor, equipment, sequencing, and dependency planning.
- Establish schedule baselines, monitor progress, and perform variance, critical path, and time impact analyses.
- Review contractor-submitted schedules, coordinate revisions, and evaluate schedule changes for accuracy and feasibility.
- Track key milestones related to permitting, inspections, commissioning, equipment installation, and project dependencies.
- Prepare schedule reports, time-scaled charts, risk updates, and recommendations for project teams and stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $95,000 to $160,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Position type: Full-time, direct hire.
- Work arrangement: 100% on-site.
- Schedule classification: Exempt.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Develop integrated master schedules for capital construction projects.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and schedule baselines.
- Perform critical path analysis, schedule variance analysis, and time impact analysis.
- Support contractor schedule reviews, project reporting, and recovery planning.

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of construction project scheduling experience.
- Proven experience supporting large-scale, complex infrastructure or capital construction projects.
- Advanced Primavera P6 experience, including cost loading and resource loading.
- Strong understanding of construction means and methods, project sequencing, and schedule dependencies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate schedule risks, constraints, and recommendations clearly to project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on active or occupied hospital campuses or phased healthcare construction projects.
- Knowledge of ICRA protocols, cleanroom construction, and validation processes.
- Experience with life sciences, pharmaceutical, laboratory, or highly regulated facilities.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and authorities having jurisdiction.
- PMP, PSP, CCM, or other relevant professional certification.
