JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a creative and analytical Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts in the U.S. market. The position is responsible for overseeing social media, SEO, and online advertising campaigns to effectively reach both dealers and end customers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with marketing tools, a solid understanding of U.S. market trends, and the ability to tailor content and campaigns to different customer segments to drive brand awareness and generate qualified leads.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and manage the company’s presence across major social media platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn, with a focus on the U.S. audience.

Optimize the company website in accordance with Google SEO best practices to improve indexing, keyword rankings, and organic traffic.

Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns targeting the U.S. market; continuously analyze and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.

Create monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for campaign improvements.

Review and edit website and marketing content for grammar, phrasing, and cultural appropriateness for a U.S. audience.

Lead the selection, planning, and marketing of trade shows and industry events to enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging, branding, and promotional strategies align with the expectations of the U.S. market.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder residing long-term in the United States, with cultural fluency in American business norms.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, International Trade, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads, optimizing SEO, and executing social media strategies.

Strong English writing and copywriting skills, with a demonstrated portfolio of promotional or advertising content.

Experience with video editing tools and the ability to produce marketing videos tailored to U.S. audiences.

In-depth understanding of U.S. market trends and consumer behavior, with the ability to localize content accordingly.

SKILLS

Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).

Skilled in using social media management platforms.

Strong knowledge of SEO principles including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress; basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
