Job Summary
A growing business services organization in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Marketing Specialist for a temp-to-hire opportunity. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, social media, and promotional channels.
- Coordinate marketing communications, campaign materials, timelines, and administrative tasks to keep projects organized and on track.
- Support promotional activities, events, content updates, and internal marketing requests as needed.
- Track campaign performance, compile reports, and help analyze results to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate marketing files, calendars, contact lists, and campaign documentation.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $50,000 to $55,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Support marketing campaign planning, coordination, execution, and tracking.
- Manage administrative marketing tasks, project timelines, calendars, and campaign documentation.
- Assist with campaign performance reporting and marketing communications support.
- Coordinate promotional activities and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, marketing communications, campaign coordination, or a related role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to maintain clear, consistent messaging.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and campaign details.
- Working knowledge of common marketing channels, including email, social media, digital content, print, and promotional campaigns.
- Ability to review campaign data, prepare basic reports, and identify insights that support marketing decisions.
- Proficiency with standard office productivity tools and comfort learning marketing platforms or reporting systems.
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced professional environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in marketing communications within a business services or professional services environment.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, social media scheduling tools, or content management systems.
- Basic experience with analytics tools, campaign reporting, or performance dashboards.
- Exposure to graphic design, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools is a plus.
