Immediate need for a Marketing Specialist to join this growing medical device company in the Union City Area. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is looking for a team environment where excellent training is provided. This role focuses on managing marketing initiatives, including participation in industry trade shows, virtual events, and webinars, to enhance product positioning and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities include developing marketing materials for launches, campaigns, email programs, and events; strategizing and implementing campaigns across traditional and digital platforms; and managing media plans, editorial calendars, and communications. The specialist will collaborate with teams across the US and Latin America to shape marketing strategies and oversee lead generation efforts at events. Additionally, the role involves monitoring program success through analytics, revising and archiving materials, and creating campaigns within Salesforce. Ideal candidates possess a BA/BS degree in a related field, experience in data analytics and dashboards, and 2–3 years of expertise in medical device marketing or marketing communications. Creativity, organization, proficiency in marketing tools, and fluency in Spanish are essential, along with the ability to manage projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and travel as needed.
