Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
Pay Range: $40-45/hr depending on experience

About the Opportunity
Client Bank is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Review & Compliance Specialist to join its Payments Marketing Compliance team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in regulatory compliance, marketing controls, and financial services. You’ll play a key role in ensuring marketing materials meet both internal standards and external regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Do:
* Review and approve marketing content, including claims, disclaimers, and promotional materials.
* Collaborate with legal, compliance, and marketing teams in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
* Support internal audits and corporate control initiatives.
* Identify and mitigate regulatory risks associated with marketing campaigns.
* Ensure adherence to financial services regulations and anti-trust compliance standards.

What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: 3–6 years in regulatory, marketing, or legal compliance within financial services, banking, or payments.
* Skills: Strong understanding of internal controls, audit support, and risk mitigation.
* Collaboration: Proven ability to work across departments and manage multiple stakeholders.
* Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with marketing quality assurance and campaign compliance.
* Familiarity with promotional review processes and financial regulations.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
