The Role
We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager to oversee the execution of marketing initiatives, drive engagement, and optimize results through data-driven strategies. This role requires a proactive problem solver with strong project management skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for creative marketing in the music industry.

What You’ll Do

Manage multiple marketing projects from planning through execution, ensuring deadlines and goals are met.

Support the continuous improvement of marketing workflows and processes.

Collaborate with leadership on campaign planning, resource allocation, and project prioritization.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, workflows, and timelines.

Monitor performance and KPIs, analyzing data to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.

Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectives.

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of experience in marketing project management, brand management, advertising, or promotions.

Experience in the music industry or multicultural marketing (preferred).

Strong analytical skills with proven success implementing data-driven strategies.

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, CRM systems, and project management tools (Asana, Basecamp, etc.).

A self-starter with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
