Job Title: Marketing Operations Manager
Overview:
A growing organization is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to support and optimize the systems, processes, and reporting that drive marketing performance. This is a highly collaborative, systems-focused role working closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure within marketing operations, managing campaigns from execution through reporting, and ensuring marketing systems, automation, and data are functioning effectively behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute and manage marketing campaigns, including email programs, nurture sequences, landing pages, and event communications
• Manage and optimize marketing automation workflows within platforms such as ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar
• Serve as the primary resource for CRM management, including campaign tracking, lead routing, segmentation, reporting, and data hygiene
• Maintain and support integrations between CRM, marketing automation tools, website platforms, and related systems
• Build dashboards and reporting to track campaign performance, lead generation, engagement, and overall effectiveness
• Analyze campaign results across digital channels and provide actionable insights
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to improve automation strategy, segmentation, and operational efficiency
• Develop and document scalable processes and workflows to support consistency and growth
• Support tracking and reporting for paid and digital campaigns to ensure alignment with overall marketing initiatives
Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, demand generation, CRM marketing, or a similar role
• Strong experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms
• Experience building reports, dashboards, and campaign analytics to support business decisions
• Knowledge of segmentation, lead routing, workflow automation, and campaign tracking
• Experience managing email campaigns and marketing workflows from execution through reporting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Preferred Experience:
• Experience in regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, or similar
• Exposure to paid media or digital campaign tracking and attribution
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, vendors, or consultants
