We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead marketing, communications, and proposal initiatives for our Bellevue office. This is a chance to drive strategy, mentor a talented team, and make a visible impact on high-profile construction projects in the region.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and manage strategic marketing, communications, and proposal plans that align with district priorities and measurable objectives
- Lead the creation and execution of the annual integrated marketing plan
- Provide editing and proofreading support, ensuring all content is accurate and sensitive to audience needs
- Coach and guide a team of marketing, communications, and proposal professionals to achieve ambitious goals
- Oversee district marketing and website content strategies, researching emerging solutions to meet evolving needs
- Direct and approve social media strategies that support objectives while mitigating reputational risk
- Evaluate, select, and manage external vendors and partners, including budgeting and contracts
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- 8+ years of experience in the AEC (architecture/engineering/construction) industry
- 4+ years of proposal management experience
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign
- Postsecondary degree or diploma in marketing, communications, journalism, or equivalent preferred
- Proven ability to manage competing deadlines, thrive under pressure, and lead high-performing teams
