A growing Pacific Northwest-based retirement planning and wealth management firm is seeking a collaborative and hands-on Marketing Operations Manager to oversee the systems, reporting, and operational execution behind its marketing efforts.
This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys owning processes end-to-end and doesn’t want to stay confined to one narrow area of marketing. The ideal candidate will be proactive, operationally minded, comfortable leading locally, and excited to help bring structure, accountability, and visibility to a growing marketing function while supporting and developing a small team.
What You’ll Do
Own execution of email campaigns, nurture sequences, event communications, and automation workflows in ActiveCampaign
Manage campaign operations from planning through launch, reporting, and optimization
Serve as the marketing-side Salesforce expert, including campaign tracking, lead routing, reporting, and data management
Build and maintain landing pages and support integrated marketing initiatives
Create dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to leadership
Improve marketing workflows, systems, and documentation to increase efficiency and scalability
Partner with external consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are measurable and well-executed
Help lead, support, and develop a team of four marketing contributors
What We’re Looking For
4–7 years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or a systems-focused marketing role
Strong hands-on experience with ActiveCampaign or similar platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Klaviyo, etc.)
Working knowledge of Salesforce including reporting, campaign management, and integrations
Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations
Experience improving workflows, processes, and operational efficiency
Collaborative leadership style with strong communication and delegation skills
Someone who takes ownership, adapts quickly, and wants to understand the business beyond just marketing execution
Nice to Have
Experience overseeing paid media or social campaigns
Financial services or regulated industry experience
Familiarity with compliance considerations in marketing communications
Experience working with agencies or external consultants
