The Marketing Manager will lead and execute the firm’s marketing strategies, campaigns, and business development initiatives. This is a highly visible role offering direct interaction with partners and key stakeholders, with the opportunity to take ownership of impactful projects.

We are looking for someone who is creative, organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

?? Digital Marketing & Content Management

Manage website updates, SEO, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook)

Develop campaigns, track analytics, and report on performance

Create newsletters, blogs, and client communications

Maintain attorney bios and professional profiles

?? Business Development & Client Engagement

Identify growth opportunities, speaking engagements, and client programs

Plan and execute events, sponsorships, and client-facing initiatives

Conduct market research and competitive analysis

Develop marketing materials and manage client gifting

?? Project Management & Operations

Collaborate with attorneys and leadership on initiatives

Manage marketing budgets, databases, and reporting

Coordinate with vendors and external consultants

?? Strategic Planning & Reporting

Develop annual marketing plans and budgets

Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies

Support leadership with presentations and reporting

?? CRM & Proposal Development

Manage CRM system and client data

Lead RFPs, pitches, and proposals for new business

?? Branding, PR & Thought Leadership

Ensure brand consistency across all channels

Coordinate press releases and media relations

Support attorneys with content, publications, and speaking opportunities

?? Additional Focus Areas

Reputation management and online presence

Internal communications and staff engagement

Marketing training for attorneys and staff

Awards submissions (Best Lawyers, Chambers, Super Lawyers, etc.)

Crisis communication planning

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

3–5+ years of marketing experience (legal or professional services preferred)

Strong project management and organizational skills

Experience with digital marketing, SEO, and analytics tools

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Graphic design experience (Adobe, Canva, etc.) is a plus

Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Law firm or professional services marketing experience

CRM and marketing automation knowledge

Understanding of law firm operations and client dynamics
