Job Summary
AppleOne is recruiting a Regional Marketing Field Coordinator to support field sales teams and New Home Consultants (NHCs) with hands-on marketing execution. This role is ideal for an entry-level marketing professional who enjoys working in the field, managing multiple projects, and supporting real estate or homebuilding communities. You will act as the local marketing expert ensuring communities launch, operate, and market successfully.
This position requires regular local travel within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for Sales leaders and New Home Consultants in assigned communities
• Create and fulfill requests for sales flyers, marketing collateral, and promotional materials
• Support Quick Move-In (QMI) homes with signage, accurate MLS listings, and community photography
• Coordinate exterior and interior color selection updates
• Track, organize, and maintain community signage inventory
• Partner with approved signage vendors for installs, removals, and updates
• Manage and organize the marketing supply closet with current branded assets
• Plan and execute logistics for local marketing events, including:
o Grand openings
o Broker events
o Sales promotions
o Open house weekends
• Support national and regional marketing campaign rollouts at the local level
• Assist with new community launches, including:
o WHC office setup
o Self-Guided Tour (SGT) installation/removal
o Basic office systems coordination
• Coordinate with content teams on photography needs (homes, models, lifestyle, testimonials, and surrounding areas)
• Act as a liaison between sales, operations, and marketing teams to ensure consistent, high-quality execution

Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• 1–2 years of marketing experience (Marketing Coordinator experience a plus)
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Comfortable using digital marketing tools such as MLS platforms, Canva, Airtable, or similar systems
• Able to collaborate effectively with sales, operations, and marketing teams
• Resourceful, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
• Experience in homebuilding, real estate, construction, or consumer-facing industries is a plus
