We’re looking for a Marketing & Data Strategist who loves the “why” behind the numbers just as much as the campaigns themselves. In this role, you’ll design data-informed marketing strategies that drive measurable growth, shape how our client understands their customers, and help influence brand direction. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership, so strong communication and cross-functional thinking are key.
What You’ll Do:
Translate data into insights that drive campaign strategy, targeting, and messaging
Own reporting dashboards to monitor performance and guide decision-making
Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, paid, organic, events)
Work with cross-functional teams to align marketing priorities with business goals
Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to leadership
Continuously test, learn, optimize, repeat
What You Bring:
2–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth marketing, marketing operations, or digital strategy
Strong proficiency with tools such as: HubSpot / Marketo, Google Analytics, Looker, or similar BI platforms
Ability to turn data into clear, actionable stories, not just charts
Experience planning and running campaigns across multiple channels
A balance of creativity + analytical thinking (you like to experiment, not just execute)
Bonus Points (Not Required):
Experience in B2B growth environments in the med-tech space
Familiarity with segmentation, lead scoring, and funnel optimization
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Why You’ll Love Working There:
Your ideas are heard and acted on, not buried under approvals
A culture that values experimentation, learning, and iteration over perfection
Competitive salary, performance bonus, and benefit options
Opportunity to grow into leadership or expand into specialized areas (Analytics, Demand Gen, or Strategy)
