Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support the Communications team in a dynamic, cross-portfolio role. This position serves as the primary liaison between marketing and the Real Estate Management Department, requiring strong coordination skills, the ability to manage multiple timelines, and a proactive approach to ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience managing projects in tools like Asana, leading cross-functional meetings, tracking priorities, and maintaining clear communication across teams. A high level of accountability, time management, and follow-through is essential, as the role involves overseeing property transition marketing processes, coordinating signage and branding initiatives, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. Qualified candidates should possess strong analytical and administrative capabilities, with experience managing digital platforms such as Zillow, Apartments.com, Google, and Facebook, including reporting, analytics, and invoicing. The role requires proficiency in creating and deploying digital and print advertising, including writing marketing copy for various channels. Candidates must be comfortable working with data, maintaining accurate reports, tracking vacancy metrics, and supporting strategic marketing decisions. Experience coordinating photoshoots, managing vendors, and deploying marketing collateral across platforms is highly desirable.
