Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and execution of events, marketing programs, and client-facing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional services environment and enjoys managing multiple projects at once.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and execute client events, webinars, conferences, and sponsorship activations
Manage post-event follow-up, including communications and reporting
Assist with marketing campaigns across email and digital channels
Create and distribute event invitations, reminders, and internal communications
Maintain marketing calendars and track deadlines
Support PowerPoint presentations for speaking engagements
Assist with video content updates related to marketing initiatives
Coordinate sponsorship deliverables and branded materials
Maintain organized records of event data, materials, and attendee lists

Qualifications:

Experience supporting marketing events, webinars, or conferences
Background in professional services, corporate, or B2B environments (preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in PowerPoint, email marketing tools, and content coordination
Excellent communication and attention to detail
