The Marketing Coordinator will play a hands-on role in creating marketing materials, coordinating events, managing social media content, and helping loan officers strengthen relationships with real estate and industry partners. Key Responsibilities

- Design and produce flyers, brochures, postcards, email campaigns, social media content, and other marketing materials.
- Coordinate and promote open houses, realtor events, client appreciation events, networking functions, and community outreach programs.
- Support loan officers with co-branded marketing campaigns, CRM updates, database management, and business development initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with local real estate agents, builders, title companies, and industry partners throughout Southern Arizona.
- Manage event logistics, vendor communication, signage, promotional materials, marketing calendars, and campaign tracking.
- Ensure marketing materials align with mortgage, real estate, and advertising compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Create marketing collateral and digital content for real estate, mortgage, or title-related campaigns.
- Coordinate events, open houses, realtor outreach, and community engagement activities.
- Support loan officers or real estate sales professionals with marketing and business development projects.
- Manage marketing calendars, campaign activity, CRM updates, and email marketing initiatives.

- Marketing experience within a mortgage company, title company, real estate brokerage, home builder, or related real estate industry environment.
- Experience supporting loan officers, mortgage originators, real estate agents, or sales-driven industry professionals.
- Strong understanding of the Tucson and Southern Arizona real estate market.
- Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, social media platforms, CRM systems, and email marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, vendor relationships, and event details in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, relationship-focused approach with the ability to represent the organization at networking and industry events.

Preferred Qualifications

- 3+ years of marketing experience in mortgage, title, real estate brokerage, home building, or a closely related industry.
- Existing relationships within the Tucson and Southern Arizona real estate community.
- Knowledge of mortgage lending, real estate transaction processes, and compliant advertising practices.
- Experience planning, promoting, and executing real estate, lending, or community-based events.
