Job Summary
A growing organization in the commercial construction industry is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity in Tampa, FL. This fully onsite role is ideal for a detail-oriented marketing and business development professional with strong Salesforce CRM experience and an interest in supporting sales growth, lead management, and customer outreach.
The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with company leadership and the sales team to keep CRM data organized, support marketing campaigns, research prospective clients, and help move business development opportunities forward. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM by entering, updating, and tracking leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities.
- Support marketing campaigns through email outreach, follow-up communications, CRM campaign management, and lead tracking.
- Generate Salesforce reports, monitor sales pipeline activity, and help identify opportunities for business development.
- Research prospective clients, industry partners, and new market opportunities within the construction space.
- Coordinate outreach efforts and maintain organized documentation for sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Assist with special projects, administrative support, and other business development initiatives as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday.
- Work arrangement: Fully onsite in Tampa, FL 33634.
- Assignment type: 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Manage Salesforce CRM records, campaign activity, reports, and pipeline tracking.
- Support marketing outreach, email communications, lead follow-up, and business development efforts.
- Research prospective clients and help identify new sales opportunities.
- Provide organized administrative and documentation support for sales and leadership teams.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant marketing, CRM, sales support, or business development experience.
- Hands-on Salesforce CRM experience is required.
- Comfortable navigating Salesforce independently with minimal training.
- Previous experience in commercial construction, residential construction, or a related industry is strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with marketing outreach, lead generation, or business development support.
- Familiarity with construction industry sales cycles, customer types, or project-based business development.
- Experience supporting company leadership or sales teams with reporting, research, and CRM-driven growth initiatives.
