Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing events, promotional activities, and campaign support tasks from planning through execution.
- Assist with event logistics, including scheduling, materials preparation, vendor communication, and post-event follow-up.
- Support marketing projects by organizing timelines, tracking deliverables, and communicating updates to internal stakeholders.
- Help prepare promotional materials, presentations, email content, and branded communications.
- Maintain organized records of marketing assets, event details, campaign results, and related documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with brand standards.
Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $50,000 to $52,000 per year.

- 1 to 2 years of marketing, events, promotional marketing, communications, or related experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple details, deadlines, and priorities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Ability to support marketing campaigns and events with accuracy, professionalism, and attention to brand standards.
- Proactive, dependable, and team-oriented approach to completing tasks and solving problems.
- Interest in growing within marketing, events, promotional marketing, or brand support in a professional services environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting events, promotional campaigns, or marketing projects in the financial services industry or another regulated professional environment.
- Familiarity with basic marketing tools, email content coordination, presentation preparation, or asset management.
- Comfortable working with vendors, internal business partners, and cross-functional teams.
