We are recruiting for an experienced Marketing Account Coordinator
Job duties include but aren't limited to: Gather and compile background research and analysis to support Account Managers and Account Executives in developing client plans and briefs Provide day-to-day administrative support for assigned accounts, including managing communications, handling correspondence, tracking deadlines, and coordinating media placements Maintain awareness of client activities to provide seamless backup support when Account Executives are unavailable Contribute input during planning stages as requested by account leadership or production teams Organize and maintain comprehensive client files, including correspondence, approvals, project documents, and industry/competitor information Track and update account activity through spreadsheets, ensuring accurate documentation of past projects, work-in-progress, and key deliverables Assist in preparing status reports, meeting agendas, proposals, estimates, and client presentations Support job initiation processes and maintain documentation related to billing, production quotes, purchase orders, and media plans Record meeting minutes and distribute detailed contact reports to ensure clear and consistent communication Monitor project timelines and ensure all deliverables meet deadlines; proactively identify and escalate potential issues Proofread copy and creative materials to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand standards and client requirements Ensure all deliverables follow internal approval processes prior to client review or vendor distribution Coordinate logistics for client meetings, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and event planning Serve as a point of contact for visiting clients, ensuring a professional and organized experience Provide ongoing support to Account Supervisors and cross-functional teams as needed
Qualifications and Skills Analyzing needs and developing innovative solutions. Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to problem-solve. Knowledge of current marketing and advertising trends and best practices. Strong oral and written communication skills. Proficient in programs including PowerPoint, MS Office, and Excel. Demonstrates business acumen and understanding of business processes.
Salary $40k - $45k
