Overview
Our client is looking for a versatile Marketing Coordinator to support a dynamic marketing team while also providing executive-level assistance to the Chief Marketing Officer. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional services environment and enjoys balancing creative marketing work with high-level administrative coordination.
This position plays a critical role in executing events, managing marketing initiatives, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the department.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Events Support
Assist in coordinating and executing client events, webinars, conferences, and sponsorship initiatives
Support marketing campaigns across email, digital platforms, and internal channels
Manage event communications including invitations, reminders, and post-event follow-ups
Track attendance, compile reports, and help distribute post-event content
Maintain calendars for events, sponsorships, and marketing initiatives
Assist with presentation development and marketing materials for speaking engagements
Edit and update video content for marketing use
Coordinate deliverables related to sponsorships, including branded assets and materials
Ensure timelines, approvals, and deliverables stay on track across multiple projects
Executive & Administrative Support
Provide direct support to the Chief Marketing Officer, including calendar management and meeting coordination
Organize logistics for internal and external meetings and events
Manage promotional merchandise, including ordering, inventory, and vendor coordination
Oversee shipping, printing, and distribution of marketing materials
Handle expense tracking, credit card reconciliations, and departmental budgeting support
Process invoices and partner with accounting to ensure timely payments
Assist with onboarding logistics such as coordinating professional headshots
Digital & Creative Support
Contribute to social media planning and execution in partnership with marketing leadership
Create visually engaging content using tools like Canva, ensuring brand consistency
Post and manage content across social media platforms
Support broader marketing initiatives and special projects as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
Prior experience in marketing, events, or administrative support within a professional services environment
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Canva and marketing tools is a plus
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
