The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and follow-up of marketing programs, client-facing events, webinars, conferences, and internal initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring events and programs are well-organized, professionally marketed, and effectively leveraged through follow-up communications and content. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Support the planning and execution of client networking events, webinars, conferences, sponsorship activations, and internal marketing initiatives
• Manage post-event follow-up, including attendee communications, reporting, and content distribution
• Assist with the marketing and promotion of programs, webinars, events, and conferences across email, digital, and internal channels
• Support the creation and distribution of event invitations, reminders, internal announcements, and follow-up communications
• Maintain marketing event and sponsorship calendars and ensure accurate, timely updates across marketing platforms
• Edit and update video content related to events, webinars, and marketing programs for internal and external use
• Assist with the creation and formatting of PowerPoint presentations for speaking engagements
• Support the execution of sponsorship deliverables, including branded materials, signage, presentations, and digital assets
• Track deadlines, deliverables, and approvals related to events and marketing initiatives
• Maintain organized records of event materials, templates, attendee lists, and outcomes
• Provide general administrative and logistical support to the marketing team as needed

Marketing Executive Assistant:
The Marketing Executive Assistant supports the Chief Marketing Officer in addition to supporting departmental and firm projects. This is a hands-on role requiring the ability to multi-task and properly coordinate various tasks/projects while preserving excellent time management and client service. The role serves important functions in assisting the CMO of the Firm, and that is assists the Marketing Department at large, as well as the Firm’s internal/external clients and extended network of contacts nationwide. The position works closely with the marketing team, as well as with other departments throughout the firm generally.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assistance with scheduling internal and external meetings and coordinating logistics.
• Coordination of promotional products and related inventories, as well as distribution of promotional item requests.
• Producing and ordering promotional items working with outside third-party vendors.
• Shipping/Receivables/Print job(s) coordination including coordination with office services as needed.
• Maintenance, credit card reconciliation and tracking of CMO, Director and the Marketing team’s expenditures.
• Responsible for the administrative accounting tasks for the department including but not limited to expense reports and accounts payable.
• Coordinate with Accounting team to ensure timely processing of invoices and expenses.
• Onboarding support including coordination
